Principal Responsibilities:

  • Deliver partner services and case handling aligned with SLAs and quality standards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, registrations, and onboarding.
  • Provide system support across Salesforce and partner tools, escalating complex cases when required.
  • Generate insights through Power BI dashboards and analytics to improve visibility and decision‑making.
  • Support workflow improvements by documenting processes and collaborating with stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem‑solving ability with sound judgment on escalation.
  • Independent, detail‑oriented, and collaborative team player.


Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires 2+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Background in partner operations, sales support, Salesforce experience or related tools, and data analytics preferred.
