About the Role:
The Clinical Specialist, I will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at Sanguines Los Angeles, CA Donor center. This role will take on a range of responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with administrative site duties, registering, screening, scheduling, and collecting specimens from donors. This role will report to the Manager of the LA Donor center. Successful candidates for this role will thrive in fast paced environments, be able to multitask, provide excellent customer service, and have excellent clinical skills.

Position Requirements:
· Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
· Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
· Experience performing venipuncture and obtaining vital signs.
· Strong commitment to donor safety, donor care, and customer service.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Working Conditions: Schedule is Sunday through Tuesday 530a-530p PST
