This role is ideal for individuals with commercial cleaning experience who can work independently, adapt to different job sites, and maintain a flexible schedule. You’ll perform services such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and deep cleaning across various commercial environments.

We’re looking for team members with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Most work is performed during evenings and weekends.

🧹 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in carpet, upholstery, and floor refinishing
• 2–3 years of experience in specialty commercial cleaning services
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

💰 Pay

$24.00 – $25.00/hour DOE
