Sport Associate Soccer Referee – Sofive Hatfield

Job Overview:
Join the Sofive Hatfield team as a Sport Associate Soccer Referee. In this role, you will officiate league and tournament games while helping maintain a safe, competitive, and positive environment for all players. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customers on the field.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Arrive promptly for all scheduled games and enforce rules consistently.
• Manage game pace while balancing safety and competitiveness.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with players, coaches, and other officials.
• Track scores, fouls, and other required game information.
• Maintain a professional and impartial presence at all times.
• Attend required training sessions and certification courses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
• Good judgment and game-management skills.
• Clear communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to make confident, impartial decisions under pressure.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous soccer referee experience preferred.
• U.S. Soccer or other recognized referee certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, run, and move continuously for extended periods.
• Ability to see and hear clearly to make accurate calls.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed.

Location: Sofive Hatfield, PA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
