The Team You Will Join

You’ll be part of the Marketing team, working closely with Enrollment, Academics, Operations, and School Leadership teams to bring Primavera Online School’s story to life across Arizona. This team is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and enrollment through storytelling, strategic campaigns, community engagement, and authentic digital content that connects with students and families.


The team culture is collaborative, fast-paced, creative, and mission-driven, and you’ll have opportunities to influence creative direction, grow StrongMind’s digital presence, and help shape how Primavera shows up across social platforms and communities throughout Arizona.

The Difference You Will Make

In this role, your work will directly impact students, families, enrollment efforts, and brand visibility by creating authentic, engaging, and high-performing content that brings the Primavera experience to life.


You’ll help strengthen community connection, increase awareness, and drive engagement by turning real student experiences, events, and school moments into compelling content across social and digital platforms. Your work will help families better understand what flexible online education can look like and why Primavera may be the right fit for their student.

A Typical Day Looks Like

While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:

  • Film and create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments at graduations, student events, community activations, and school culture experiences
  • Serve as an on-camera personality through selfie-style videos, interviews, event coverage, and social storytelling
  • Edit content using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools
  • Write hooks, captions, and storytelling elements designed to drive engagement and action
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership on campaign strategy, posting cadence, and content planning
  • Identify and adapt social media trends in ways that feel authentic to Primavera and relevant to Arizona families
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and related platforms to support ideation, scripting, editing, and content optimization
  • Schedule and manage content across multiple social channels
  • Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and social listening
  • Experiment with new creative formats, storytelling approaches, and platform opportunities

This role balances creativity, collaboration, independent execution, and strategic thinking and is well-suited for someone who enjoys storytelling, creating engaging content, building community, and turning ideas into impactful campaigns.

Your Expertise Includes

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
  • Strong on-camera presence with the ability to communicate naturally, confidently, and authentically
  • Deep understanding of social media storytelling, trends, hooks, pacing, and audience engagement
  • Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or related tools
  • Experience creating content designed for both organic engagement and paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and audience-driven storytelling
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and content streams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
  • Knowledge of social media optimization strategies, hashtags, and content performance best practices
  • Strong attention to detail in both visuals and messaging
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout Arizona for events and content shoots

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience creating content for education, youth-focused, or mission-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with Arizona communities, culture, and social trends
  • Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience analyzing social media performance data and adjusting content strategy accordingly
  • A personal content portfolio or social media presence that demonstrates your creative voice
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, scripting, and creative workflows
