
The Housing Specialist is responsible for coordinating housing-related services and supports for members experiencing housing instability, homelessness, or financial hardship. This position assists individuals with housing navigation, rental assistance coordination, landlord communication, and connection to community housing resources through StrongSteps Behavioral Health programs and Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services.
The Housing Specialist works closely with Care Managers, Intake staff, community providers, and landlords to help members secure and maintain stable housing while ensuring all required documentation meets agency and compliance standards.
