About the Role
You have experience overseeing dynamic community spaces, including event logistics, building maintenance, program development, volunteer recruitment and engagement, and community center growth. You have a background leading fitness and social activities. You’re established in Philadelphia and have strong local ties. You are invested in recovery from substance use disorder and believe in the power of community. You care about helping to reduce the stigmas around living sober. This role will be based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and will support the organization by helping to launch our new facility and scaling our local impact. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, will bring curiosity to problem-solving, and will have the ability to effectively navigate high-pressure situations with empathy. SALARY AND BENEFITS
This role will be posted from Sept 3 until October 15 at 1 PM Eastern Time. Early applicants may be given preference if application volume is high. Candidates are interviewed on a rolling basis and interviews may continue past application deadline.
