If you’re not sure that you’re 100% qualified, but this sounds like a role you would Thrive in – we want you to apply! We believe skills are transferable and passion for our mission goes a long way.

The Wellbeing Coordinator is the strategy & operations lead for a dedicated region within our Microsoft partnership, responsible for ensuring regional programming aligns with both Thrive’s and Microsoft’s global wellbeing strategy and mission. You will partner closely with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to drive program goals through a strategic, data-driven approach — balancing local relevance with scalability.

This role covers a complex, multi-country region spanning the Middle East, including Israel, and requires someone who can operate confidently across time zones (UTC+2 to +4) and cultural contexts. You will be the primary regional point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders, owning program delivery end-to-end — from stakeholder discovery and event logistics to post-event follow-up and impact reporting.

How You’ll Contribute

This role spans regional strategy and hands-on program delivery. You will set the direction for wellbeing programming in your region and own its execution end-to-end.

Strategize & Align

  • Lead regional program strategy and planning, ensuring initiatives align with Microsoft’s priorities and Thrive’s global wellbeing strategy
  • Balance regional needs with global consistency, tailoring programming to local context without losing alignment to the broader strategy
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact, building relationships with Microsoft regional leaders and wellbeing champions
  • Partner closely with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to align on shared program goals and a coordinated approach
  • Review content for alignment with Thrive frameworks, Microsoft requirements, and program goals before it reaches stakeholders

Deliver & Measure

  • Own regional program delivery end-to-end, from intake and stakeholder discovery through logistics, content coordination, and day-of readiness
  • Manage post-event follow-up, ensuring feedback and outcomes are captured and acted on
  • Track engagement, impact, and risk indicators using data and stakeholder feedback
  • Report progress and insights to leadership, flagging risks early and proactively improving programming
  • Navigate the practical realities of a multi-country region — time zones, local context, and logistics — so programming lands well everywhere it needs to

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination or management, employee wellbeing, HR, Customer Success, or a related field
  • Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to run multiple initiatives end-to-end simultaneously
  • Experience operating in a co-delivery or partnership model
  • International experience working across regions or in a complex, virtual environment
  • Based in or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4, with genuine familiarity with the Middle East region, including Israel

Who You Are

  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder who builds trust easily across diverse stakeholder groups, from wellbeing champions to regional business leaders
  • Analytical by instinct — comfortable tracking metrics, pulling reports, and turning data into insights that shape program decisions
  • A proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly when priorities shift
  • Culturally aware, with a genuine focus on inclusivity and accessibility in program design
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating grey areas with confidence
  • Skilled at balancing local relevance with global scalability — able to tailor programming to a region while staying aligned to a broader strategy
  • Genuinely familiar with the Middle East and its cultural context, with real or lived experience in or near the region
