TruCut Incorporated

Class A CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate

Looking for a rewarding career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability? We're seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Driver to support operations across our manufacturing and distribution centers.

At TruCut, we build precision components that keep HVAC systems running across the country. Behind every part is a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. We're growing—and we're looking for people who want to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

The Role

We are seeking a versatile team member to support both warehouse operations and transportation needs. This role includes driving a Class A CDL truck, loading, and unloading shipments, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and staging customer pickups. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable using computers, with the ability to assist in managing and tracking raw material inventory. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position.

What You'll Do

  • Keep the Supply Chain Moving: Be the driving force behind our manufacturing and distribution network, delivering products safely and efficiently where they need to be.
  • Own the Road: Navigate smart, efficient routes that maximize productivity while keeping deliveries on schedule.
  • Take Pride in Your Equipment: Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep your truck safe, clean, and road-ready every day.
  • Be a Team Player, Not Just a Driver: Jump in where needed, support fellow team members, and help ensure operations run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Set the Standard: Help maintain a clean, organized workplace that reflects professionalism and operational excellence.
  • Lead by Example in Safety: Champion a safety-first culture by identifying hazards, following best practices, and helping protect everyone around you.
  • Make an Impact Every Day: Your work directly supports our customers, our team, and the success of our business.
  • More Than a CDL Driver. You are a Critical Part of the Team.

Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our day shift operation.

  • Typical building schedule is Monday – Friday, 6AM – 4:30PM, however, this role is typically an 8 hour shift a day, and overtime as needed.
  • Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.

We are upfront with this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to put in the hours.

What You Get

  • Competitive base pay (based on experience)
  • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k)
  • Gainshare tied to company performance
  • Paid holidays (8, or 9 if you are a veteran!) and PTO.
  • Company funded $25,000 life insurance policy.
  • Training + advancement (we promote from within)
  • A workplace where you are trusted to do your job.

 What It's Like Here

  • Clean, modern manufacturing facility
  • Hands-on work where detail matters
  • Skilled trades and fabrication experience without the need for a trade school
  • A team that values accountability and doing things right.
  • Opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership that recognizes hard work and results
