Role: Senior Product Manager

FLSA: Full Time | Exempt | Salaried | Remote (US)

Reports to: Group Product Manager

Scope of Position: Senior Product Manager at Trustwell aims to understand market needs, guide product management best practices, and collaborate across multiple functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, ultimately helping Trustwell achieve financial and customer targets for their product lines.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but limited to:   

  • Working alongside leading food companies to become a subject matter expert in multiple product domains as appropriate, which may include recipe formulation, label compliance, supplier management, traceability, or recall management. 
  • Developing an understanding of Trustwell’s target markets and user base to help guide product decisions. 
  • Maintaining a prioritized product roadmap and overall product vision according to business value, complexity, and expectations based on feedback gathered from stakeholders on recurring intervals. 
  • Adapting project scope, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks. 
  • Performing customer demonstrations, leading advisory boards/requirements gathering sessions, and providing internal training presentations.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional product market fit through TAM analysis, market sizing, and ongoing feedback with sales and marketing representatives.
  • Championing a culture of teamwork, innovation, and transparency while ultimately taking ownership of key product decisions. 
  • Other Responsibilities as required.

Required Skills/Abilities 

  • Ability to manage several streams of work simultaneously and context switch as needed without a significant loss of productivity. 
  • Capability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Professional empathy - listening, understanding, and anticipating the needs of customers, users, and team members

Education/Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Agile Product Owner.

The compensation for this role is based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, education, skills, and alignment with the responsibilities outlined for the role. The anticipated salary range for this role is posted below; with most candidates hired in the mid-range.  This role is also eligible for an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10%, in addition to participation in the Company’s equity program.
