The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator who lives and breathes social media—not just managing it, but showing up in it. Someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, owns results, and isn’t afraid to put themselves out there. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you will shape our social presence through personality-led content, create thumb-stopping moments, build audience connection, and directly contribute to bookings across UJV’s master and regional brands.


What You’ll Own:

  • Strategy & Growth: Lead platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our private Facebook community, while actively expanding into X, TikTok, and Reddit. Grow audiences, engagement, and booking interest through content that feels native, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
  • Content Creation: Be the face and voice behind the content. Create original, personality-driven social content—short-form video, reels, carousels, captions—that tells compelling stories, brings destinations to life, and builds a strong emotional connection with our audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social campaigns for co-op partners, integrating storytelling and content that feels authentic while delivering on visibility and performance targets.
  • Performance Insight: Track, analyze, and refine content based on performance. You understand what works, what doesn’t, and why—and you use that insight to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and leadership teams, while also taking ownership of bringing ideas to life. You’re comfortable leading content creation while aligning with broader brand and campaign goals.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments. You’re constantly consuming, testing, and adapting—using new ideas, formats, and tools (including AI) to keep content fresh and relevant.

  • Build a recognizable, engaging social presence that people want to follow—not just scroll past
  • Consistently create high-performing, personality-driven content that drives engagement and interest
  • Increase engagement, audience growth, and social-driven booking intent month over month
  • Execute campaigns that feel authentic while delivering measurable results
  • Bring fresh ideas, energy, and a strong creative point of view to the team

Who You Are:

  • A content-first creator with 3–5 years of experience building and growing social media presence (brand, personal, or both).
  • Comfortable being on camera and using your voice, personality, and storytelling skills to engage an audience.
  • Deeply in tune with social media—what works, what doesn’t, and why.
  • Hands-on with short-form video, editing tools, and content creation (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
  • Naturally curious, creative, and not afraid to experiment or take risks.
  • Strong communicator with near-native English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Excited to be part of a fast-moving, high-performance team where ownership and results matter.

Technical Must-Haves:

  • Expertise in creating and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, and private communities.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling, analytics tools, and performance tracking (UTMs, reporting, etc.).
  • Ability to turn ideas into content quickly—and content into measurable results.
