We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Brand Manager to support the marketing team in driving brand awareness of our beauty and wellbeing brands and help bring exciting marketing initiatives to life. If you’re eager to build your brand marketing career and excited by campaigns, new product development, product launches and retail activations, this could be the perfect next step.

This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.

What some of your day-to-day responsibilities will look like

• Support the development and execution of brand plans including sales analysis, market research and new product development
• Assist with the delivery of brand promotional activity including trade marketing, in-store promotions and consumer campaigns      
• Manage POS and trade marketing asset development and coordinate rollout across retailers
• Support the new product development process from Stage Gate through to product launch
• Manage artwork briefing and coordinate delivery of packaging, advertising and digital marketing assets
• Work cross functionally with sales, digital and customer service for presentations, social content and customer experience

Your vibe

You will have 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role in an FMCG or retail environment, as well as:

• Ability to build cross-functional relationships
• High attention to detail and ability to recognise brand risk
• Excellent communication skills
• Initiative and creativity through offering new ideas and solutions
• Comfortable being front of camera for social content and create ideas for social content & trends
• A passion for skincare, beauty and wellness products, a plus
