About the Role
We're looking for competitive, resilient, high-output sales professionals who love the hunt.

At WarriorBabe, our Outbound Setters spend the majority of their workday on the phone. This is a high-volume outbound sales role where you'll make 500+ outbound dials every day, have hundreds of conversations every week, handle rejection with confidence, and consistently create opportunities for women who are ready to transform their lives.

If you're looking for a role where you're making a few calls between meetings, this isn't it.

This isn't a customer service role.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified sales appointments through high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Spend the majority of your workday making 500+ outbound dials and engaging prospective WarriorBabe clients by phone.
• Build relationships and create interest with prospective clients.
• Consistently execute outbound call campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management.
• Meet and exceed daily activity and performance goals.
• Work closely with leadership to continuously improve your performance.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role designed to reward both activity and quality.

Base Compensation: $3,600 per month.

Base compensation is earned by consistently meeting the minimum expectations of the role, including:

• Required daily outbound activity
• Consistent talk time and productivity
• Appropriate management of idle and pause time
• Accurate CRM and pipeline management
• Compliance with all outreach and Do Not Call requirements

In addition to your monthly base, you'll get performance earnings:

• $4 for every Qualified Booked Call
• $10 for every Qualified Show
• +$8 Accelerator for every Qualified Booked Call above your daily goal of 8 appointments
• 0.5% commission on closed cash generated from your personally booked opportunities
  
  

There is no cap on performance earnings.

Most successful Setters earn approximately:

• $3,600/month base compensation
• $650+/month in Qualified Booked Call incentives
• $1,200+/month in Qualified Show incentives
• Additional accelerator earnings for exceeding daily booking goals
• Additional commission equal to 0.5% of closed cash generated
  
  

Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000-$70,000+ annually.

Top performers who consistently exceed daily booking targets and generate high-quality opportunities have significant upside beyond expected OTE.

What Success Looks Like

This is a numbers game and our best Setters embrace it.

Every day you'll be expected to:

• Make 500+ outbound dials
• Spend the majority of your shift actively prospecting
• Book 8+ qualified appointments
• Maintain 20%+ Sales Per Booking (SPB)
• Execute follow-up without letting opportunities fall through the cracks
• Keep your CRM accurate and organized

The more conversations you create, the more opportunities you generate, and the more you earn.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has 2-3+ years of sales experience.
• Has outbound SDR, appointment setting, or high-volume phone sales experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
• Is resilient and doesn't take rejection personally.
• Is highly coachable and welcomes feedback.
• Loves competing against goals, scoreboards, and KPIs.
• Wants to be rewarded for performance and growth.

Schedule

• Five workdays per week (Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday, depending on business needs)
• Eight-hour shifts
• Fourteen (14) days' notice required for planned PTO
• Reliable attendance is expected
