About the Role:
Phaedon is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager (On Call) to help accelerate growth for our loyalty technology platform. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Strategy, owning how we position our platform, bring new capabilities to market, and translate product innovation into clear customer value.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building go-to-market strategy, enabling sales teams, crafting compelling messaging, and uncovering market opportunities through research and insight. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Phaedon competes, grows pipeline, improves win rates, and strengthens our presence in the loyalty, customer engagement, and analytics space.
This is a variable-hour, on-call position ideal for an experienced professional seeking flexible, project-based work.

We are open to remote candidates for this position, within reasonable proximity to our office in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood as they may occasionally be asked to attend in-person events.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is estimated to be: $52.00 - $75.00 per hour
