Pay & Schedule

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour base pay, plus uncapped commission and voluntary tips from appreciative families.
Average total earnings: $20-$30 per hour, with top performers earning even more.

Schedule:

• Part-time, average shifts are 3-4 hours
• Shifts begin at 9:00 AM
• Every other day schedule
• One weekend day required
• Additional availability may be considered

About the Role
As a Newborn Photographer, you'll work independently in our partnered hospital, capturing precious first moments and creating an exceptional experience for every family.
This role combines photography, customer service, and sales in a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference for families during one of the most memorable times in their lives.

What You'll Do

• Photograph newborns and their families using professional equipment
• Create a warm, friendly, and memorable experience for every family
• Present photography packages and help families choose the option that's right for them
• Edit and submit images using company software
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff while representing WelcomeNewborn professionally

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, has an eye for detail, and loves creating meaningful experiences.
You'll be successful if you:

• Have a passion for photography (portrait or newborn photography experience is a plus)
• Enjoy working with newborns and their families
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Are comfortable discussing products and making recommendations that help families preserve their memories
• Work well independently and manage your time effectively
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Are dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Communicate confidently with families and hospital staff

• Meeting hospital credentialing requirements, which may include immunizations, boosters, health screenings, or other medical documentation as required by the hospital
