FIFA Safety & Hospitality Supervisor:

Location: City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA

Pay: $35.00 / hr

Schedule: Full program: May 20 – June 30, 2026 (41 days)

Shifts: 8-hr and 12-hr shifts — day, evening, and overnight

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Windwalker Group is hiring Security Supervisors for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™. Supervisors provide frontline shift oversight across all posts at City Hall Plaza. You will lead a team of security officers, verify post coverage, handle escalations, and serve as the key link between deployed officers and the command team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Conduct hourly post checks for all assigned officers and log findings each shift
• Verify full post coverage at shift start and report any gaps immediately
• Handle officer-reported escalations and determine the appropriate response
• Run pre-shift briefings for your team covering assignments, risks, and communications
• Monitor crowd behavior across your zone and reposition officers as conditions require
• Ensure officers maintain professional uniform and conduct throughout the shift
• Hand off to the incoming Supervisor with a full verbal and written situation report
• Document all significant events and officer observations in the daily incident log

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Prior large venue or multi-day event supervision experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication for incident reports and logs
• Must pass a background check before deployment
