About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the front door of Zion HealthShare’s partnership engine.
This role is responsible for managing inbound interest, qualifying opportunities, supporting the Sales inbox, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. Effort, responsiveness, and follow-through drive success in this role.
For the right person, this is a high-growth entry point into partnership sales. Starting pay at $19.00 - $19.50 with activity/performance bonus structure. Clear path to promotion into Account Executive role.
