About the Role

Job responsibilities of the Therapist Experience Team (TET) include, but are not limited to:
● Conducting small group mentorship meetings with new therapists during their onboarding training at NOCD to assist with successful adoption and implementation the skills acquired throughout their didactic training in evidence based treatments for the following conditions:
○ Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
○ Anxiety Disorders
○ Depressive Disorders
○ Tic Disorders and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs)
● Collaborating with clinical operations managers (COMs) to conduct routine evaluations of individual therapists within one of NOCD’s teams managed by a COM. These evaluations will assess clinical performance in therapists’ care of Members.
● Providing coaching, mentoring and training to individual therapists to improve performance across all metrics following the completion of the clinical evaluations
● Complete a minimum of 12 hours of direct care to Members every week
● Leading a weekly Consultation Group
● Monitoring slack and email to answer questions about the specialty treatment as the primary point of contact for this treatment
● Joining sessions as needed to assist with challenging presentations and observe/assess clinical performance of therapists
● Participating in weekly TET & COM team meetings
● Work with therapists to ensure excellent specialty treatment outcomes
Requirements to Apply for position:
● Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state
● Minimum of one (1) year as a therapist with NOCD
● Has demonstrated excellent clinical skills as evidenced by metrics, surveys, etc.
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
● (Previous clinical supervision and/or teaching experience preferred, but not required)
