NOCD is the nation’s leading tele-health provider specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. Our mission is to increase access to effective, evidence-based care and reduce the stigma surrounding OCD.


Through the NOCD app, Members can quickly connect with licensed therapists who specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard for OCD treatment—via live, face-to-face video sessions.


We are transforming mental health care and helping people reclaim their lives. This role is focused on expanding NOCD’s role of working alongside other healthcare professionals and providers. The NOCD provider partnerships team has grown significantly over the past three years and we’re looking for driven sales professionals looking to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Insight: Educate healthcare providers on ERP’s clinical effectiveness, challenging outdated referral patterns to drive adoption.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and expand relationships with behavioral health prescribers and health systems throughout your market.
  • Customize Solutions: Tailor NOCD’s offerings to meet the unique needs of clinicians and organizations, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Drive Results: Lead high-impact sales conversations to meet or exceed monthly patient quotas
  • Leverage Data: Use CRM tools and analytics to guide strategy, optimize outreach, and measure performance.
  • Champion the Mission: Represent NOCD with integrity, credibility, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience of meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and deliver compelling insights to HCPs and/or C-suite leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform sales strategies.
  • Strategic, assertive, and comfortable thriving in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
