Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Commission-Based Clinical Sourcer to support the growth of our provider network. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and facilitating the hiring of high-quality and qualified clinicians who meet NOCD’s standards of care. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with proven recruitment skills and the ability to manage candidates from initial outreach through successful handoff to the NOCD Recruiting Team.
This is a contract, commission-only role with no base salary or retainer. Compensation is based on successful clinician hires.
Responsibilities
- Partner with NOCD’s hiring team to understand clinical role requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and clinical professionals.
- Identify, screen, and present qualified candidates to NOCD’s hiring team.
- Facilitate communication and scheduling between candidates and NOCD staff as appropriate.
- Track candidate progress through the recruitment funnel and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Ensure alignment of candidate qualifications with NOCD’s job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Deliverables
- Consistent submission of qualified candidates that meet NOCD’s requirements.
- Facilitation of interviews and support for the hiring process as needed.
- Ongoing updates on candidate pipeline status and hiring progress.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. Compensation is structured as follows:
- $1,000 per successful hire, paid in two installments:
- 50% when a clinician accepts an official offer, successfully completes credentialing, and begins onboarding with NOCD.
- 50% when the clinician remains employed and in good standing after 60 days.
Qualifications
- Proven experience sourcing or recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements (e.g., independently licensed therapists, psychologists).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a results-driven, commission-based role.
