About The Role

As the specialist virtual behavioral health provider, NOCD, wants our Therapists to focus on what's most important – treating and caring for our members.

NOCD is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in California to join our network. We will provide the training necessary to become a specialized therapist and ensure you are fully equipped to deliver effective, evidence-based treatment.

As a NOCD Therapist, you will see our team is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes. We have dedicated teams to handle marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Therapists will use valuable previous clinical experience, good judgment, and our clinical guidelines to discern when to refer members to external resources. Providers will collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions.

What You'll Do

–Conducting individual clinical advising meetings (CAMs) with therapists during their onboarding training at NOCD, following a structured syllabus to provide instruction in evidence-based treatment for one of the following diagnostic categories:

–Anxiety Disorders

–Depressive Disorders

–Hoarding

–Tic Disorders and BFRBs

–PTSD

–BDD

–Leading a weekly disorder-specific Consultation Group

–Ongoing training from and collaboration with expert Specialty Treatment Consultants

–Monitoring slack and email to answer questions about the specialty treatment as the primary point of contact for this treatment

–Joining sessions to assist with specialty treatment for challenging presentations

–Providing direct, constructive feedback to therapists in specialty training following CAMs

–Developing and adjusting ongoing curriculum for clinical advising process

–Participate in weekly advising team meetings

–Work with therapists to ensure excellent specialty treatment outcomes

 

Requirements to Apply for position:

Minimum of one (1) year as a therapist with NOCD

Has demonstrated excellent clinical skills as evidenced by metrics, surveys, etc. 

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule

      (Previous clinical supervision and/or teaching experience preferred, but not required)
