NOCD

Talent Acquisition Specialist

About Noto

Noto is an AI-enabled platform transforming speciality therapy to end the mental health crisis. Powering NOCD, Rebound, and future specialty therapy brands, Noto works across each specialty to streamline payer partnerships, enrollment, and care delivery operations to treat complex mental and behavioral health conditions.

Our Brands

NOCD is an award-winning digital health company focused on identifying people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and managing them using evidence-based treatment. OCD affects over 181 million people globally and is ranked by the World Health Organization as one of the top 10 most disabling conditions. Today, NOCD manages the largest community of OCD patients in the world—and we’re just getting started.

At Rebound, we’re building the future of trauma care. Over 140 million Americans have experienced trauma, yet effective care remains hard to access. Our mission is to make recovery from trauma the norm, not the exception.

Rebound delivers virtual, gold-standard trauma therapy, covered by most major insurance plans, alongside evidence-based tools and deeply supportive guidance. Our work is grounded in psychological science and survivor-centered design, helping people process traumatic experiences, break intergenerational cycles, and reclaim their lives.

About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and analytically-minded Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own full-cycle recruitment across a range of corporate disciplines while also bringing strong HR generalist skills to the table.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, is deeply organized, and is energized by context-switching between fast-paced recruiting and hands-on people team support. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, manage a diverse requisition load, and create clear, data-driven hiring dashboards to help executives make informed workforce decisions.

When hiring volume fluctuates, this person will assist with onboarding, employee engagement, people ops projects, and more.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Corporate Recruitment

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of roles across departments including sales, marketing, member experience, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, develop job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and provide consistent updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates using job boards, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, employee referrals, and creative outbound strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the candidate experience from first touch through offer negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, People Operations, Sr. Leadership) to ensure roles are aligned with headcount plans and organizational goals.

HR Generalist Support (as needed)

  • Provide people team support during periods of lower recruiting volume—including assistance with onboarding, HR communications, process documentation, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs, policy updates, performance processes, and internal communications.
  • Serve as a utility player to flex into people operations work that helps move the team and culture forward.

Qualifications & Experiences

Required:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer support functions.
  • Proven experience working in high-growth, fast-paced organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a great candidate experience
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Adaptability and willingness to step outside the recruiting lane to support broader HR needs

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Rippling)
  • Previous Startup experience a plus

What You'll Love About This Role

  • Ability to shape talent acquisition practices from the ground up
  • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic workforce planning
  • A collaborative, nimble team that values ideas, data, and action

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) match
  • 11 observed company holidays a year
  • PTO based on an accrual system
  • Engaging startup environment with an outstanding mission-driven team atmosphere
  • Downtown Chicago office with an on-site gym
  • Noto provides 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for the primary caregiver, and 6 weeks of fully paid leave for the secondary caregiver, for qualifying full-time employees.

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Actual pay will be based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for annual performance-based incentives tied to individual achievement and company-wide goals.
