About the role

As the Key Account Manager at nok, you are expected to be a trusted advisor to our clients, addressing their informational and technical needs as they are onboarded and while live. You will guide their rapid and successful onboarding, set timelines and expectations, and ensure nok employees and the partner’s personnel live up to them.  Once live, you will be the continued point of contact for small and enterprise clients alike to execute, ask and fulfill their regular requests working daily with the warehouse operations team members. As the client’s point of contact  you are the key to their operational success daily.

What you'll do

You are Accountable for:
  • Revenue - (Client and nok)
  • Profitability - (Client and nok)
  • Client Experience

You are Responsible for:
  • Full P&L for each client, ensuring we hit our margins and client maximizes its recovery
  • Being the voice of the client internally & externally
  • Providing regular successful assistance to partners in discussions by email, video conference, and over the phone
  • Keeping internal stakeholders accountable throughout onboarding and live processes
  • Being the SME to the client. Manage partner's education and adoption of best practices
  • Project Managing legwork done by counterparts cross-functionally in OPS, Product, and
  • Merchandising through the client’s perspective
  • Overseeing legwork conducted by Account Coordinators to provide top-notch services to clients
  • Proactively managing customer expectations
  • Performing ongoing Performance Monitoring & Analysis such as
  • SOP Audits
  • Client KPIs
  • QBRs
  • Net Dollar Retention

Qualifications

  • Passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers

  • Experience in the Reverse Logistics industry

  • Experience managing P&L

  • Ability to be on-site in Grand Prairie, TX

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate B2B environment, with a history of being your customers’ favorite

  • Detail-oriented with an owner mentality - you dot your i’s and cross your t’s, and make sure others involved in your project do as well!

  • Excellent communication skills with all levels, especially when it comes to clear and concise email

  • Capable of shifting focus, with an excellent sense of prioritization and timing

  • Ability to Upsell new offerings to existing and prospective clients

  • Experience building and maintaining Spreadsheets for to assist with forecasting and tracking historical data 

  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Hybrid)
