About the role
As an Revenue Operations Lead at Nok, you will be responsible for helping to build, manage, and optimize the revenue operations process at Nok. From lead generation to pipeline management and customer retention, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and accounts teams to align efforts, and use data & analytics to measure and improve performance across departments.
What you'll do
Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to pipeline management and customer retention
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless prospect & customer experience
Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics and providing insights to stakeholders
Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the company's CRM and other systems
Work with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely deliverables across the pipeline
Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and commercial, to identify and implement process improvements
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of CRM, marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Apollo.io and Salesforce
Familiarity with revenue recognition policies and procedures
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to operate independently & effectively with minimal supervision

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Austin Office)
