North One is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our high performing team 🚀. We ❤ our product and our customers!  As our Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll work with our world-class Marketing team. Reporting to our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more.

REQUIREMENTS


Some of what you will be doing includes:

  • Support product launches from end to end: Coordinate and communicate launch timelines, build internal documentation, and execute launch plans across multiple channels.
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns: Set up, segment, and schedule multi-channel campaigns using tools like Braze and Appcues. Monitor performance and recommend optimizations for future iterations.
  • Own campaign operations and logistics: Set up email flows, organize files and assets, QA messages before they go live, maintain documentation, and ensure all communications are on-brand and accurate.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards: Track KPIs across campaigns and launches. Build dashboards to help the team understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can improve.
  • Measure campaign performance: Analyze results across channels, surface insights, and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration for campaigns: Work closely with Content, Design, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to align on timelines, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Keep product marketing organized and on track: Help manage and update key documents like calendars, customer journey maps, messaging guides, launch checklists, and internal trackers to ensure everything is easy to find, current, and actionable.

The skills required for this role - 

  • You have a BS/BA or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • You have a minimum 1 year of marketing experience
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills
  • You have experience supporting go-to-market campaigns or product launches

Bonus points - 

  • You have experience working in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
  • You have familiarity with tools like Braze, Miro, Figma, Mixpanel, and/or Appcues
  • You have copywriting experience with the ability to write within brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice across channels
  • You come from a family of small business owners

  • Market range for this role at North One is $65,000-$75,000 CAD. Please note that at this time, we are only considering applicants who reside in Canada.
