Founded in 1978, North Point Hospitality is a multi-brand hotel development and management company based in Atlanta, GA. Our philosophy centers around developing upscale, brand-defining hotels in prime markets, partnering with industry leaders such as Hilton and Marriott. With a proven track record, North Point and its affiliate companies have developed 38 hotels from the ground up with a total investment over $600 million. The company currently owns and operates 9 hotels in the southeast, including 8 Hilton and Marriott brands. An additional 5 hotels are either under construction or in active development.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process in collaboration with department managers.
- Manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and hospitality industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with HR best practices.
- Assist with workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain HR systems, records, and reports, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR metrics and analytics to provide insights on turnover, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
What you should bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of Talent Acquisition Experience
- 1+ year of Human Resources Experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hospitality experience preferred
