Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and knows how to motivate a team? We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and support our restaurant and bar operations at one of Downtown Nashville’s most exciting hospitality destinations.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise Food & Beverage staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Lead daily shift meetings and support smooth service execution
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
• Help manage labor controls and assign daily duties
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and service standards are consistently met
• Support opening and closing duties, dining room setup, and shift walk-throughs
• Greet guests warmly and assist with service as needed
• Relay orders to the kitchen or bar and serve food and beverages during service
• Report staff-related issues to management as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1–3 years of Food & Beverage or restaurant experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong guest service mindset and leadership presence
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds
