We’re looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to be part of this exciting new restaurant location. As a leader and keeper of our elevated dining experience, you’ll ensure exceptional service in a space designed to dazzle—from handcrafted cocktails to inspired cuisine with a Spanish flair all set against the backdrop of Savannah’s newest riverfront gem.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

  • Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guest and meets specifications
  • Conducts daily shift meetings
  • Assists in training new staff members within their department
  • Assists management with motivating, developing, coaching and counseling staff members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests
  • Assists with labor controls and assigning duties to Staff Members
  • Responsible for reporting any Staff Member issues to management
  • Ensures a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation and training
  • Assists management with opening and closing responsibilities and assigning duties to Staff Members, and including overseeing dining room set up and conducting a walk-through
  • Maintains cleanliness of the dining room
  • Relays order to kitchen or bar and serves courses from kitchen and service bars
  • Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner

Also Important:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be min 18 years of age
  • 1-3 years' experience in food & beverage service
  • Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
  • Willingness to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
