What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

  • Ensures food and beverage standards are executed properly 
  • Actively participates in Food & Beverage operations during peak times each day
  • Maintains a deep understanding of F&B inventory control for food, liquor, beer, wine and all FF&E equipment
  • Administrative duties include weekly scheduling of staff to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service
  • Participates in the selection, training, discipline and termination of Food & Beverage employees in accordance with hotel policies

What you should bring to the table:

  • 2-4 years’ related experience
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
  • Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
