What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

  • Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
  • Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
  • Assists with Night Audit shifts and responsibilities.
  • Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash
  • Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity
  • Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures

What you should bring to the table:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-year experience in hotel front desk desired
  • FOSSE experience
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
  • Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
