About the role

As a Clinical Therapist, you’ll provide therapy services that foster healing and long-term recovery. You’ll guide clients through intake, treatment planning, crisis support, and ongoing therapy, ensuring every step aligns with our values of compassion and quality care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy aligned with ethical and clinical standards.
  • Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and crisis interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients and their supports to develop effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per AZBBHE and agency standards.
  • Coordinate care across providers and systems to ensure continuity of services.
  • Participate in required clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
  • Active Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD, LASAC, LISAC) or working toward licensure.
  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based, client-centered environment.
