The Role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on operations and strategic projects. You'll help the leadership team keep focus by taking over critical workflows across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and wants exposure to every part of building a high-growth startup. If you want to learn how a company is built, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, a clear communicator, and has the judgment to know when to escalate and when to solve problems independently. You're not looking for a defined career path - you want to learn by doing and earn increasing responsibility over time.

The Day to Day

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and ensuring follow-through on key decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects that don't have a natural home - from process improvements to new initiatives.
• Act as Head of Operations overseeing operational processes that fall between the cracks without an owner.
• Track company OKRs and key metrics, flagging issues and opportunities to leadership.
• Step in to support any function as needed - operations, finance, sales, people, or partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, operations, or a high-growth startup environment. Experience in a FIG or insurance group/company is an advantage.
• Bias toward action - you figure things out and get them done without waiting for direction.
• Exceptional ability to learn quickly and take ownership or complicated processes you may not understand.
• High EQ and the ability to work effectively with people across all levels and functions.
