The Sales Administrator is part of the Service Operations team and is responsible for providing sales support to customers worldwide. This role is responsible for daily order processing and communication with customers to ensure a seamless sales process. Nox Medical provides technical solutions to healthcare professionals that are used to diagnose sleep disorders by collecting biomedical signals and data via Nox hardware and software solutions. Nox Medical has provided solutions to the global market for over 15 years and is continuously bringing new innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities and market share.

Responsibilities

• Purchase order review, confirmation, and communication to customers
• Planning and prioritizing sales in collaboration with the sales and manufacturing teams
• Ensure customer requirements and documentation needs are fulfilled in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Follow up with customer shipments to ensure they are delivered as promised

Requirements

• Service oriented attitude and the willingness to find solutions
• Accuracy and attention to details in documentation and processes
• Experience in ERP systems is a benefit
• Experience in international shipping and customs is a benefit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
