About the role


Nox Medical's Service & Sales Operations Team is seeking a highly motivated leader to join our dynamic team. You will excel in our fast-paced, regulated environment while collaborating with a team of professionals and global distributors to provide innovative sleep diagnostic solutions. 


The successful candidate will be solution-oriented, eager to excel, and focused on continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Operations team to support the execution of sales strategies through distributors. 
  • Operational support for the international sales team. 
  • Lead the creation and implementation of processes to support selling and delivering medical devices and Software as a Solution (SaaS).
  • Create data-driven sales supportive initiatives in close collaboration with the Sales teams.
  • Ensure internal systems, such as CRM systems, are fully utilized and effective in collaboration with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 
  • Analyze sales metrics to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and drive performance improvements. 
  • Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality, to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the field of Operations and proven leadership experience
  • Experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable
  • Understanding medical device regulatory requirements  e.g., ISO 13485, FDA is beneficial 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional and international teams
  • Established track record of a service-oriented mindset
  • Established track record of initiative and ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Creative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
