Field Technician-Denver

Job Description:

  • Ability to interface with multiple businesses daily.
  • Ability to manage Microsoft Office 365 and Intune
  • Analyze complex IT business needs presented and recommend technical solutions; solve basic and complex IT malfunctions and perform troubleshooting.
  • Document/coordinate LAN activity, backups, maintenance, server upgrades and patching
  • Maintain network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals; implement WAN connectivity to meet requirements.
  • Utilizing various open-source tools to perform various tasks such as: centralization, backup, vulnerability scans, data recovery.
  • Ability to work with multiple COTS products such as: SentinelOne, Threat Locker, N-able, DUO
  • Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Operating systems such as Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Ability to troubleshoot Server Infrastructure
  • Willing to learn attitude, always maintaining top IT skills and learning new technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • When not on-site at a client, must be willing to work in the help desk ticket queue and meet SLA objectives.
  • Must be flexible with hours of operations as some tasks may require after hours work.

Educational & Professional Credentials Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Management Information Systems)
  • Minimum GPA 3.
  • 3+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry


Required knowledge & Skills


  • Server Infrastructure and Server Roles
  • Technical proficiency in multiple areas including security, networking, administration, and hardware.
  • Customer facing skills a must.
  • Experience troubleshooting MFA related issues.
  • Have a security conscious mindset.
  • MSP Experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Intune experience
  • AD GPOs, Desktop support, troubleshooting
  • Previous consulting experience a plus
