Job Title: Summer Intern – Revenue Operations & Integrations

Department: Revenue Operations & Integrations
Duration: Summer 2025 (10–12 weeks)
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Revenue Operations & Integrations team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of systems, data, and process optimization in a fast-paced, private equity-backed organization.
You’ll assist with ongoing integration projects across portfolio companies—supporting tools like ConnectWise, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and CPQ. You’ll also help streamline revenue workflows, clean up CRM, PSA data, and SharePoint file structure, and assist in documenting SOPs for scale.
· Assist in the migration and integration of PSA/CRM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, HubSpot)
· Support the setup and testing of APIs, SSO connections, and custom configurations
· Spearhead companywide file share organization strategy
· Help maintain and audit data integrity across revenue systems
· Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, quoting, and billing
· Support the Revenue Operations team with reporting and analytics projects
· Participate in internal process improvement initiatives
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
· Strong analytical skills with an interest in SaaS tools, systems integration, and business processes
· Proficient in Microsoft suit; familiarity with CRM or PSA systems is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Real-world experience integrating business systems across a portfolio of MSP companies
· Exposure to the inner workings of M&A operations and post-acquisition integrations
· Hands-on mentorship from a team that sits at the center of finance, sales, and IT
