At Nutrient, we equip developers and innovators with cutting-edge tools to simplify workflows and accelerate impactful software creation. We’re on a mission to redefine how documents are created, shared, and experienced. Our software development kits enable companies to work smarter and faster, saving time and expenses along the way, while effectively replacing the need for paper processes.
You will be joining a team dedicated to supporting customers with complex technical challenges, primarily focusing on our C# .NET SDK. To understand the scope of your work, browse our API docs - our SDK serves as a comprehensive toolbox for engineers and application developers who need seamless implementation of advanced OCR, data extraction, PDF editing, file conversion, and more.
Our SDK supports diverse use cases that we continuously learn about from our customers. It needs to be convenient to use, easy to integrate, well-architected, thoroughly tested, clearly documented, and loved by LLMs.
Your day to day work will include assisting our customers, mainly async via our support portal, in achieving their product vision. This can range from directing them to the right to documentation to deep debugging sessions and providing customized sample code. You will need to understand our product to its core in order to contribute to our documentation, write detailed bug and feature reports and also contribute to our engineering efforts.
If you think you have the aptitude to be an ambassador for this product we would like to hear from you. You'll have autonomy, learn a lot and will shape the future of this product.
At Nutrient, we tackle complex challenges to build tools and solutions that reshape how businesses and developers experience and interact with documents.
