About the Role
The VP of Sales & Service will develop and lead a ticket sales, service, and operations team. The role will be accountable for implementing the processes and systems for effective sales and service, building strategies for revenue growth, and developing a high performance team culture. The VP will lead a team overseeing season tickets, suites and premium, and group and individual ticket sales (approximately 15 roles). This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities
Location & Availability
Currently in or willing to relocate to Boston; able to work in-person on a regular basis and attend events on nights and weekends from time to time as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will consist of salary and company-sponsored benefits and will be commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate.
