The Role

The Manager of Membership Service is responsible for the continued growth and development of the ticket sales department. This role serves as a leader within the organization, overseeing the Membership Service Account Executives. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing elite customer service and client experiences while focusing on managing, training, and leading the membership service staff. This position works strategically with internal partners to achieve the best possible membership experience with Legacy FC supporters and season ticket holders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of Membership Service team
  • Lead all renewal and retention initiatives
  • Create and implement a strategic plan that includes developing, creating, and driving service campaigns.
  • Manage book of business of season ticket holders
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with any projects that impact season ticket holders
  • Serve as central member of leadership team focused retention of current season ticket members.
  • Manage team members on Membership Service staff through consistent mentorship conversations, team meetings, and trainings
  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and retention goals
  • Internally collaborate with the marketing, sales, stadium operations and other stakeholders to create year-round membership experiences for season ticket holders
  • Create & manage revenue reports on current season ticket holder’s data.
  • Track and respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly through the ticketing inbox
  • Collaborate to complete special events, such as member events, appreciation days & parties
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to build, develop and train staff
  • Experience in membership services, customer service, or client services within sports industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and balance numerous business relationships in a professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solver
  • Prior success achieving and surpassing revenue goals
  • Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including but not limited to all home games and team events that fall on nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
