About the role

Reporting to the SVP, Operations, the Junior Creator Success Manager, is a trusted partner to our creators—supporting them from onboarding through sustained success on the platform. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving satisfaction, retention, and growth by building strong relationships and delivering a smooth, hands-on experience. Whether it’s rolling up your sleeves to optimize creator pages or sharing strategic best practices on content and engagement, you’ll be there every step of the way. This role requires excellent communication skills, sharp organizational skills, and a genuine passion for the creator economy. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and excited to help creative talent thrive.


What you'll do

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators by understanding their unique goals and providing personalized, strategic support.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead new creators through a smooth onboarding experience, delivering training and resources to help them maximize content performance and monetization.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor creator performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and recommend or implement strategies to improve engagement and earnings.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect and synthesize creator feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhance the overall support experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring creators receive timely, effective solutions that keep them moving forward.
  • Revenue Enablement: Help creators unlock new monetization opportunities and scale their earnings to support both creator and platform growth.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, support, marketing, and sales to align on strategies that drive creator success.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and creator economy best practices to continually level up the support experience.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in creator or influencer management and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of creators.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for supporting creative talent and the creator economy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 90,000 USD per year (SoCal hybrid)
