About the role

OddBytes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lifecycle Marketing Manager! Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of customer behavior and expertise in marketing automation tools, specifically Braze, to deliver personalized experiences at scale. 


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Leverage Braze to orchestrate and automate highly personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. 
  • Create and manage customer segmentation, mapping out a full customer journey to deliver relevant, targeted experiences. 
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, customer insights and data-driven strategies to improve results and ROI. 
  • Implement a robust experimentation framework to continuously test and refine messaging, timing and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop scalable programs that drive activation, engagement and retention while ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and lifecycle best practices to keep OddBytes at the forefront of customer engagement strategies. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing..
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools, including campaign orchestration, personalization and automation.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Analyzing customer data to map out the complete customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement across different lifecycle stages. 
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Segmenting the customer base based on demographics, behaviors, and lifecycle stage to deliver highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. 
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Designing and launching targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels like email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and website to nurture customers at each stage of their journey. 
  • Automation and Orchestration: Utilizing marketing automation tools to create dynamic email sequences, triggered campaigns, and personalized messaging based on customer actions and data. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Tracking campaign metrics, analyzing results, and making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, customer success, and data teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.

The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 144,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
