About the role

  • We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our dynamic team.
  • This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and contribute to maintaining accurate and consistent data in HubSpot and MyCase. You will play a vital role in supporting the team by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in contact and case management, while also taking initiative to improve CRM processes.

Note: The candidate will be required to work according to the Central Time Zone (CT) to align with our U.S.-based operations, refers to between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m. in Türkiye time.


What you'll do

  • Review, verify, and update contact and case information in HubSpot and MyCase,
  • Identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate entries,
  • Communicate with team members to clarify missing or unclear information,
  • Ensure data consistency between platforms and across departments,
  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining data quality standards,
  • Take initiative in improving CRM-related processes and suggest enhancements for efficiency and accuracy,
  • Learn CRM processes and best practices (training will be provided if necessary).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish,
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills,
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues,
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools,
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement,
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, data entry, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
