About the role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional Video Editor to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail are essential.

This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.


Note: The candidate will be required to work according to the Central Time Zone (CT) to align with our U.S.-based operations, refers to between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m. in Türkiye time.


What you'll do

  • Create and edit promotional videos, social media content, and advertising campaigns for Oguz Law.
  • Develop video content optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage post-production processes, including video editing, color grading, and sound design.
  • Add graphics, text animations, and motion graphics to videos as needed.
  • Oversee audiovisual projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized workflow for multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Craft creative and compelling video stories that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure video content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in video production and post-production.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Apply motion graphics and visual effects through Adobe Creative Suite to enhance storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Integrate AI-based tools for image (Sora, Midjourney) and audio (MinnMax, ElevenLabs) to optimize production speed and creativity.
  • Source and manage royalty-free stock music, sound effects, and visuals via Envato or similar databases.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and sound design.
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of video formats and requirements for social media platforms.
  • Experience with video shooting or camera operation is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
