What you'll do


Professional Tasks:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.
  • Handle emails and professional correspondence with prompt follow-ups.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and team members.
  • Plan and manage business travel itineraries.
  • Conduct research and draft professional materials.

Personal Tasks:

  • Organize personal schedules and set reminders.
  • Pay bills and manage personal finances (if trusted).
  • Book appointments (medical, family events, etc.).
  • Arrange personal travel and family logistics.
  • Coordinate household services (repairs, cleaning, deliveries).

Hybrid Tasks:

  • Manage professional and personal to-do lists.
  • Plan and organize events (business & personal).
  • Run errands or coordinate with service providers as needed.

Qualifications


Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective time management with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Fast, responsive, and reliable.
  • Applicants are required to demonstrate advanced English proficiency by submitting either an IELTS score of 7.0 or above or a TOEFL iBT score of 100 or higher.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Basic financial management skills (bill payments, budget tracking).
  • Experience in event planning (business/personal).
  • Familiarity with personal/family scheduling and logistics.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Turkish & English or another language is a plus).
