About the role

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team for a part time, remote internship. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year university student or a recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in IT operations within a fast-paced and international work environment. As an IT Intern, you will assist the IT team in managing internal support tickets, helping with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing day-to-day technical support to team members. You will also contribute to maintaining smooth IT operations and improving team efficiency by supporting troubleshooting processes and routine IT tasks.


What you'll do

  • Assist in managing and resolving internal IT support tickets
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing devices, accounts, and system access for employees
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to team members for hardware and software issues
  • Help troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate more complex issues when necessary
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, user accounts, and workplace tools
  • Help document IT processes and maintain internal knowledge bases
  • Support the IT team in ensuring smooth operations of internal systems and tools


Qualifications

  • Currently studying 3rd or 4th year or recently graduated in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of IT support, operating systems, and common workplace tools
  • Familiarity with Windows/MacOS environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Interest in gaining practical experience in IT operations and support
