About the role

  • We are seeking an Immigration Sales Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing immigration practice. This role requires solid sales experience across immigration visas, with the ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice.
  • Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 according to the U.S. Central Time Zone, which corresponds to 18:00 in the evening and 02:00 in the morning Türkiye time.


What you'll do

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients regarding U.S. immigration options (e.g., E-2, L 1, EB-5, EB-2 NIW, etc.),
  • Assess client eligibility at a high level and explain appropriate visa pathways clearly and confidently,
  • Convert inbound leads into signed retainers,
  • Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner,
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems,
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process,
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration sales,
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based and investor and talent visa categories,
  • Proven track record in closing high-value legal service sales,
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written),
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client management skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment,
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
