About the role

  • We’re seeking a detail-oriented ITIN Support Specialist to join our team.


  • This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English, and comfortable working with structured processes and sensitive information, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


  • Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 U.S. Pacific Time, which corresponds to 20:00 – 04:00 Türkiye time, in alignment with our office operations.


What you'll do

  • Prepare, review, and submit ITIN-related forms and documentation,
  • Ensure all information is complete and accurate before submission,
  • Handle client calls regarding ITIN applications and follow-up processes,
  • Maintain organized records and track application statuses,
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law or a related field,
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of relevant work experience,
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal),
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and meet deadlines,
  • Strong organizational skills,
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
