About the role

• We are currently seeking a a highly motivated and professional Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
• This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice.

Note: The candidate has the flexibility to choose to work according to either the Pacific Time Zone (PT) or the Central Time Zone (CT).

What you'll do

• Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role Maintain and optimize our website for performance, user experience (UX/UI), and SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies, including meta descriptions, backlinks, and internal linking.
• Create and manage blog content to improve organic reach and authority.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
• Optimize Google Ads landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Manage CRM integrations and digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, website maintenance, and UX/UI best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and keyword research tools.
• Ability to write engaging digital content and optimize for search engines.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing automation.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for growth and performance marketing.
