About the Role

At Omari Construction, we value efficiency, organization, and teamwork. The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily office operations and supports leadership and staff in all administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office daily
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Complete bank runs and office errands
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Assist with internal training (Zoom hosting, screen sharing)
  • Support general administrative needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office/administrative experience
  • Strong communication and organization
  • Professional demeanor in person and over the phone
  • Basic tech skills (email, Zoom, printers)
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $35,000
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5
