Manage Projects That Make an Impact

We're seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with the expertise and leadership to drive success on complex builds. If you're a strategic planner, effective communicator, and passionate about quality execution, this is your opportunity to lead at a higher level.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and risk-management plans to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Report progress to leadership with transparency and accountability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-20+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Proven success managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
